Because we are both local and consumer focused, customers have a choice in how they receive service. We provide our services in English, Spanish, Cantonese and Mandarin. Your customers can choose the convenience of internet or phone. For people who prefer to be seen in-person, we have offices in Camarillo, Santa Barbara, Arroyo Grande, Watsonville, and San Jose. We offer the convenience of day, evening, and Saturday appointments

Does CCCS have extended hours?
Yes. For customers who prefer an in-person or phone appointments vs. internet counseling, we are available to schedule appointments Mondays through Thursdays, 8:00 A.M. to 6:30 P.M., Fridays 8:00 A.M. to 4:30 P.M. and Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. We make every attempt to find a convenient appointment time for your client. We perform phone, internet, and face-to-face counseling from 8:15 a.m. until 6:15 p.m. Monday through Thursday, and 8:15 a.m. to 3:15 p.m. on Friday. We also schedule Saturday appointments for consumers who do not have time for sessions during the week. Simply have your client call 800-540-2227 (CCCS).
CCCS provides pre-petition bankruptcy counseling in the State of California. We also provide pre-discharge debtor education in all states with the exception of Oregon.
