Online financial and bankruptcy counseling both provide an interactive, multi-session opportunity to share information regarding your financial situation through a series of forms and e-mail communications. The process is split into steps to provide varying degrees of informational exchanges.
The first step is the Agreement for Services. Once you review and submit the agreement, the second step will be to provide CCCS with some basic information about your current financial status and biographical information.
The third step is to provide a more detailed listing of your financial status. This is necessary to begin the process of building a counseling program that is best suited for your personal financial situation.
In the fourth step, the counselor will contact you via your preferred method (email or phone) to review your options and alternatives. In order to serve you in a secure multi-session environment, it is necessary to select a unique user name and password. Please input your desired selections in the fields below and record your user name and password for future use.
